• Fees (Rs. One Thousand only)
• 8 Clear Photographs in a plastic / paper pouch.
• And of course PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM

Apply for Re-issue of Expired Passport:

• Proof of Residence if you have been residing at place other than mentioned in the Expired Passport.
• Fees (Rs. One Thousand only)
• Attested Photocopy of the Expired Passport.
• 8 Clear Photographs in plastic / paper pouch.
